Emanuel Wynne Flag
The flag of Emanuel Wynne - a French pirate hunted both English and Spanish ships at the end of the seventeenth century. He is known as one of the first pirates who hoisted the Jolly Roger flag - a skull, cross bones and an hourglass - the first iteration of the most famous pirate flag.
B. Roberts First Flag
The first flag of Bartholomew Roberts - one of the most successful pirates ever lived on Earth. The flag represents Roberts sharing an hourglass with Death itself. The meaning of the scene remains unknown, perhaps it represents the miserable and short destiny of those who were unfortunate enough to meet the Pirate on the Seas.
B. Roberts Second Flag
The second flag of Bartholomew Roberts - one of the most successful pirates ever lived on Earth. The flag was created after inhabitants of Barbados and Martinique islands hired two well-armed ships to seek and destroy the pirates, including Roberts. The flag portrays himself standing on two skulls named as A Barbadian's Head and A Martiniquian's Head.
Kronštádt Flag
The flag of Russian revolutionary sailors from Kronstadt. Their purposes remain uncertain but judging on the flag they don’t like wealthy and noble foreigners.
Bellamy Flag
The flag of Samuel Bellamy - one of the most generous and merciful pirates ever operated in the Caribbeans. Unfortunately enough, the most generous pirate operated on his own for a year only before being tragically wrecked in a storm on the way back to his lovely woman. The flag represents a variation of the iconic skull and bones theme.
Blackbeard Flag
The mythic flag of Edward Teach - so called Blackbeard - one of the most famous and feared pirates in the West Indies. The flag portrays a horned skeleton with an hourglass and a spear pointing towards a red heart and drops of blood. The meaning of the scene is there will be no mercy for poor souls that crossed the path of Blackbeard.
Chris Moody Flag
The flag of Christopher Moody - a pirate sailed alongside the famous Bartholomew Roberts. The flag features unique Jolly Roger style - golden skull and bones, golden hourglass with wings and white arm with a dagger on a red background to threaten victims of pirates.
Edward Low Flag
The flag of Edward Low - one of the most vicious pirates ever sailed on the Seas. Rumors say most of his victims were fiercely tortured upon being captured, probably that is why the flag represents a bloody skeleton figure on a black background.
Henry Every Flag
The flag of Henry Every - an English pirate well known for hunting both in the Atlantic and Indian oceans with some enormous prizes earned during his career. The flag represents a variation of his personal flag with a skull in profile wearing an earring and a bandana on a black background.
J. Delahaye Flag
The flag of Jacquotte Delahaye - a female pirate of French origins raised on Hispaniola. She is known for forming her own Pirate Republic on an island somewhere in the Caribbean. The flag represents a woman dancing with a skeleton over a red heart on a black background.
Jack Rackham Flag
The flag of Jack Rackham - famous due to his female crew of Anne Bonny and Mary Read, but yet unsuccessful pirate that operated in the Caribbeans in the beginning of the eighteenth century. Rackham’s legacy is probably the most well known and recognized pirate flag consisting of a skull and two crossed swords on a black background.
Jean Dulaien Flag
The flag of Jean Dulaien - a French pirate that operated in the Caribbean and well known for its pirate Articles that regulated a pirate life aboard ship. The flag consists of 3 skulls above a curved sword and crossed bones in between two hourglasses on a black background.
Richard Worley Flag
The flag of Richard Worley - an English pirate who is known for a vow aboard his ships to fight to the death rather than surrender to officials. The Flag represents a variation of the Jolly Roger with a skull placed in the center of crossed bones on a black background.
Stede Bonnet Flag
The flag of Stede Bonnet - a noble Englishman who decided to exchange his former life of a major on Barbados for a new pirate adventure, yet a very short one. The flag consists of a skull, a long single bone, a short dagger and a heart on the sides.
Thomas Tew Flag
The flag of Thomas Tew - an English privateer initially, later moved into piracy. He is well known for developing the Pirate Round - a route from the Atlantic to Indian Ocean many pirates followed years later. The flag represents an arm equipped with a sword on a black background.
Walter Kennedy Flag
The flag of Walter Kennedy - an English pirate of Irish origins who sailed alongside such famous pirates as Bartholomew Roberts. The flag consists of a skull and crossbones, and a naked pirate holding an hourglass in his left hand and a sabre in his right hand.
Сhris Condent Flag
The flag of Christopher Condent - an English pirate operated in the Indian Ocean in the beginning of the eighteenth century. Unlike most of his pirate fellow pirates Christopher managed to negotiate with the French officials for a pardon and moved to France to spend his earnings from piracy.
